Downloads and Refunds

For digital products, download is available immediately after payment. The withdrawal rules for digital content are explained in detail here.
1. Download Process
After successful payment, we immediately email you the download link. If it doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, check spam, then write to hello@wondersheets.eu. The link is active for 30 days with unlimited use.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without justification. HOWEVER, for digital content this right EXPIRES when: (a) performance has begun with prior explicit consent, and (b) the consumer has acknowledged they lose the right of withdrawal. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and lose the right of withdrawal.
3. When can you request a refund?
We accept good-faith refund requests in the following cases: (a) downloaded file is technically broken or unopenable, (b) content significantly differs from product description, (c) duplicate purchase. Requests must be made within 14 days at hello@wondersheets.eu.
4. Refund Process
We'll review your request within 14 days. If approved, refund goes to the same payment method used (via Lemon Squeezy). Processing time depends on the bank: 3–10 business days.
5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Send complaints to hello@wondersheets.eu. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
