Terms of Service

Provider: Wondersheets Location: Hungary, EU Email: hello@wondersheets.eu Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy (Squeezy Capital Inc.), Delaware, USA — which handles EU VAT and payment transactions.

The Provider sells digital, printable worksheets in PDF format. Products are delivered via a download link. No physical products, no shipping costs.

The contract is formed when the "Pay" button is pressed and payment is successfully completed. The contract is electronic, available in English and the language chosen by the Customer. The contract is not filed.

Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Payment is processed via Lemon Squeezy: credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay accepted. Lemon Squeezy automatically issues and emails the invoice.

After successful payment, the Customer immediately receives an email with the download link. The link is active for 30 days from purchase and can be used unlimited times during this period.

Purchased PDFs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. One purchase grants: (a) unlimited printing within a single family, (b) use by one teacher in one classroom. Redistribution, resale, online sharing, or modified distribution is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without justification. HOWEVER, for digital content, this right EXPIRES when: (a) performance has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent, and (b) the consumer has acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal. By purchasing, the Customer expressly consents to immediate digital content delivery and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The Provider is not liable for the functionality of the Customer's printer, storage on the Customer's device, or the quality of home printing. Worksheets are pedagogical materials and do not replace professional teaching.

Complaints can be sent to hello@wondersheets.eu. The Provider will investigate and respond in writing within 30 days. If the Customer disagrees with the response, they may turn to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law and relevant EU regulations. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms; modifications take effect upon publication on the website.
